This piece displays layered tones of gray and black, with very subtle green undertones appearing depending on the light. Rather than pursuing perfect symmetry, the form retains the raw and organic presence of the original stone. The stone carries a dense, earthy appearance unique to Itoigawa jadeite. Inspired by ancient excavated forms and Jomon aesthetics. Each piece is individually carved and polished by hand.
